Noise Plaster had successfully soundproofed a unit in Lucida, 2 Suffolk Road from CTE Expressway Noise. We have installed our soundproof sliding door at the living balcony, kids bedroom and sliding windows at the yard, reducing 20-25dB. The installation process went smoothly and only took 2 days to complete. The owners opted for the sliding doors to match the same colour of the existing sliding door to match the facade of the condo while installing a white framed sliding window for the yard area as it was an internal window.
After the installation, the owners can now dine in peace while enjoying the urban view of the city at their living/dinning room. They can also have a conducive environment to now work at home and have their zoom meetings. Meanwhile, their kids are able to have a better sleep at night and rest without the noise from the CTE Expressway. This have led them to be more energized the following day for their studies.
